USP 797 Compliant Air Sampling

We use the Sampl’Air, a single-staged sieve impactor, which operates by drawing a known quantity of air through a stainless steel, perforated grid and then onto a suitable agar media. Microorganisms are then impacted onto the agar. The air is then vacuumed through the sampler and exhausted out of the side. This is considered to be one of the best samplers on the market today and has continued to work flawlessly for us.

Once the samples are collected they are refrigerated and sent to our lab, usually next day service, and there, they are incubated and counted. Usual turn around time is about 5-7 days, depending on the type of media and when they are shipped. Once we receive the report from the lab it will be forwarded to you, at no charge, for your records and review.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like to schedule us to come out and service your facility.

Personal Badge Monitoring

Are you in need of an easier solution to monitor your laboratory personnel for hazardous chemicals while they are in the lab?  Need more time in the office so you can complete your administrative duties?  Tired of working with those bulky pumps?  Let us complete this task for you so you have more time to do the other things you need.

We have the personnel and the expertise to accomplish this task for you and it is the most cost-effective and convenient way to monitor chemicals in a worker’s personal breathing zone. And, using badges minimizes interference with worker tasks, promoting worker efficiency. They are small, light, and have no tubes or motors to fail in the middle of sampling. There are no pumps to purchase, calibrate or recharge. Plus, badges are tolerated for longer periods.

We will set up a time to come to your facility and assign the badges to each lab technician. Once the proper time has expired, we will collect the badges and send them to our lab for analysis. This is such a seamless process that you won’t even know we were there. We feel better already, do you?
