Our goal is to provide timely, professional certification services of laminar flow biological safety cabinets, clean benches, isolators and cleanrooms, at very competitive prices. It is not our intention to become the largest certifier in the nation, just the best. TechScan, Inc. is recognized as a leader in the industry. We have built a large customer base throughout the South. Based out of Buda, Texas, we currently have 5 technicians with a combined experience level of 70 years.  Our technicians are factory trained and qualified to perform warranty work on all major manufacturers of vertical flow BSC, horizontal laminar flow, and chemical fume hoods and barrier isolators.  Also, personal monitoring badges for short and long term exposure levels.

TechScan, Inc. is a charter member of  International Air Filtration Certifiers Association (IAFCA) formed in 1993.  This is a trade association of certification testing companies from across the U.S. and Canada established to create, standardize, and maintain the proficiency of each individual technician in the field. This is accomplished through individual testing implemented, controlled and maintained by National Institute of Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET). This evaluation program was developed by I.A.F.C.A. in conjunction with human competency testing professionals including, National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA), and National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). We also have NSF Accredited Field Certifiers on staff.

We also have certified technicians by the CETA National Board of Testing for Sterile Compounding Facilities. They currently hold “Certified Registered Cleanroom Professional for Sterile Compounding” certificates and are willing to assist you with sterile compounding cleanroom design, construction and all of your testing needs.
